Still have to see how the roster shakes out next year based on whether Hampton and Petty are still be here next year and also whether the guy we take from the portal is coming as a starter or backup

It's not easy cutting kids that you have a relationship with that haven't done anything wrong you just have to because of the rules.
I feel terrible for walk-ons that are already paying their own way, only to get cut because of the new limits

Is it the TE? He was supposed to visit today. I assume it's a transfer.
Not to mention the fact that we are still trying to bring guys in as upgrades, even when we have to cut down guys just to get to the roster numbers. What a delicate matter for these coaches. Glad we have Bret and honestly all our coaches seems to put relationships way up the list, even when keeping winning and getting better at the top.
