Palo Alto is the heart of the Silicon Valley (NorCal), nothing to do with SoCal “Valley girls”. Stanford is essentially Harvard of the west coast. She aint empty headed if she goes there, even as an athlete. Illinois is a great public university but academics (and nearly everything else) can’t match Stanford or Palo Alto. It’s gorgeous.
As far as Andrej, if he wants to be a pro, he needs to cut the cord, go where it’s best for his development and get used to travel/being away from home. Hopefully he makes the right choice today…
