Josh McCray got his carry today for a -1 yard. Poor guy, he can’t catch a break in life and shot himself in the foot when he left Illinois. He could’ve had two rushing touchdowns today.

All Illinois football players need to realize that this is the best place for them to be at, there’s not many that go on and have success at another team.

Josh possibly lost his NFL dream by leaving.

He caused his own problem this time. That was an absolutely nonsensical move in transferring to GA. Not sure who got in his ear, but whoever it was won't have to carry the weight that Josh will a decade from now.

Just not smart and incredibly short sighted. His issue now.

Im trying to give him the benefit of the doubt and he did a lot of great things for us, but i also dont understand it. If wanting to play closer to home was the reason then there had to have been a better opportunity for him, at least thats what i would think..

Interesting. On the Peacock broadcast of WIU game I think I remember one of the announcers say he was lobbying to be there for that game. I didn't think anything of it at the time, but the NBC selection would make sense based on that.

Has anyone who ordered Illinois vs Indiana tickets through the Illinois ticket office gotten their tickets yet? I emailed my ticket rep and he said they would be available 2-3 weeks out, and we are now less than 2 weeks and I don't have my tickets yet. I have my receipt, but my account just says they are not available yet.

I don’t want to get too high, I know it’s a long season. But on the heels of last season’s win over Michigan and the Citrus Bowl and now yesterday’s win (the game has been on my mind for months), I was thinking, “What was our low point?” For me, I think losing 63-0 AT HOME against a 6-4 Iowa team who had scored 10 points in a loss to Northwestern the previous week was the low point.

What do y’all think? Was there a lower point that I am missing?
