It’s going to be a shootout every week if this is the best our defense can do …

I generally agree with you- and I do especially with the fact we've consistently given up insane 3rd and 16's... BUT- the defense has really only given up 14 points that were their faults.. and while I don't want to jinx it, this USC team is electric offensively and has scored 73, 59, 33, and 45 in their first 4 games. 33 and 45 against two Big Ten teams. Our defense hasn't been perfect, but they haven't been atrocious per se.

I think Kreutz's taunting was offscreen. There was an additional skirmish after the initial one had broken up.

Not saying it was justified, but timing wise I think thats what happened.
