At this point? No question. He's doing at Indiana what you could only hope a new hire does at LSU or Alabama. It's honestly pretty crazy. Indiana caught absolute lightning in a bottle with this hire. Makes me wonder if they sacrificed Bob Knight during a demonic ritual to make this happen...
Indiana winning is phenomenal for us by the way. We will likely now have 2 Top 5 losses at season end. If we go 10-2, it's hard to keep us out with those losses.

Illini loss to Indiana was no fluke. Indiana beat #3 Oregon 30-20 in Oregon. Indiana showed they belong in playoff consideration again. Even Oregon despite the loss if they finish well should be in the conversation. Don't feel Illini belong in that talk, or in that tier as yet. Illini closer than they have been in years, but not there.

Nebraska has an easy path to 10-2 and 11-1 is also still possible.

Short of a complete meltdown, they're in. Extremely impressive to go on the road to handle the Ducks. What surprises me is how good their defense is.
Likely? Dont count your chickens. We have a lot of work to do. Im.not so confident we will be favored at Washimgton and that is only one of our games left with 4 more after that.
Remaining games include @PSU, Iowa, USC, @MINN. They needed utter nail biters to pull out Cincy and MD. Not sure about 10-2 being an "easy" path.
Penn State realistically will end up a very tough game by the end of the year as a "spoiler." Especially at home.
Losing by 53 on the road and 18 at home.....yes we played them(most teams in the conference will play both), but we were out of both games by the end of the third quarter.
Let's lock in on Washington. Very good team at home.

If we go 10-2, yes, likely. Do I think it's likely we go 10-2? No. But if we go 10-2, considering over 85% of 2 loss teams from major conferences would have finished in the Top 12 of the CFP era and our 2 losses could very well be against 2 of the top 5 teams in the country, yeah, it'd be likely we make the CFP in that case.
I think hes saying that it's likely that both OSU and Indiana are top 5 at the time of playoff selection.
