Seems I missed some good intel from the insiders on this. Got caught up in Brewers fever. Nevertheless, way to lock it down.
Boswell is the only valuable player graduating. Draft interest in our guys is currently minimal, you don't often leave by choice to be a second round pick anymore thanks to NIL.
Basically the only relevant threat is if another school outbids us for our own players.

Doesn't hurt that a million a year goes a long way in CU.
I like players who will take it to the hole and he has quick moves to the rim. He will need to develop an outside shot to keep defenders honest.

My understanding on the new NCAA rules was all assistants could recruit off campus, but only a limited number like 5? Can be off campus at the same time.
He technically can go recruit if he wants to or Brad wants him to …
We don’t need him to recruit right now … That’s why O and Geoff get the big bucks … Tyler handles offense … Cam handles defense … Kruger helps Brad get ahead on scouting and whatever else may be needed …
Coaching is draining on a young family as well … Kruger is spending a lot of time with his wife and family this year … Part of the reason he chose to come to Illinois was for a reset …

Recruiting is fluid, nice visual!
I think O was a head coach in past
and during a recruiting trip rang a door bell and got shot… there is film of him at the door bell. Don’t think he will try that again…. My memory might be out of sequence. Much safer as an assistant.
