Bama is gonna get in. Can’t penalize them for making a conference championship game and then give their spot to a team that didn’t make their conference championship in a much much weaker conference so weak that their conference championship isn’t even in discussion for a bid.

Bama would have been better off w Ole Miss in that game.

I'll post the 12-team bracket once it is announced (assuming Dan doesn't first lol). This year, the quarterfinal games are at the Cotton, Orange, Rose, and Sugar Bowl with the Fiesta and Peach Bowl hosting the semifinals.

I’m not a Bama fan, but I agree. ‘Seems like you kick out Oklahoma from SEC before Alabama. I know that OU beat Bama but OU also had 2 conference losses compared to Bama’s 1 loss.

4-loss Duke can’t be in the Top 25 unless we’re 1-2 spots ahead of them. North Texas and UVA fall out.

That same weak conference that had one of their bottom teams beat Bama. Sure it came in week 1, but it kind of puts a damper on this argument.

Fan duel has matchups and lines listed - guess we will see if it's authoritative https://sportsbook.fanduel.com/navigation/ncaaf?tab=cfp-first-round
It does have this disclaimer:
