I’m not a big time betting guy but I do notice the lines here and there. Think it opened at -18.5 and is now -13.5.

Going off KP and using 3 points for away game, you'd expect we'd be favored by 20+

Don't know where you're reading this as that arena has never had that high a capacity. It was originally 10k but is now just over 8,700.

On the app I’m looking at it moved from 18.5 to 16.5. I’m not sure that there is any Big Ten game where I would be comfortable with giving that many points to the home team. Especially Illinois at Penn State no matter how good or bad either team is. Too much scarring remains from past unexpected losses there.

I bet $3 on Penn State +15.5. I can live with losing three dollars.
