Will never complain about a wire to wire victory, but holy moly what a poor performance. Any top half Big 10 team beats us with that performance.

Most notable call-out to me is Tomi. 2 rebounds (1 in garbage time), 0 points, 4 fouls, and didn’t even play half the game. He should be embarrassed by that.

Everyone else it just comes down to effort. Get right against Rutgers and get ready for Iowa.

Welp. W.
Up and down D was down again.
On the plus side, Wagler continues to show he’s the big time real deal.

Aside from Wagler and Boswell being good, I continue to be impressed with Big Z. He is so active defensively with his 5 blocks and his 10 boards. He is just an enforcer inside and that was not really who he was at Kentucky/Arkansas. He was really just a finesse player but is totally different now

On the other end of the things, how disappointing has Tomi been lately? At what point do we stop blaming his injuries/illnesses and start wondering what's going on with him mentally? 2 rebounds in 16 mins? That's absurd for a 7 footer. I am starting to wonder if Big Z would be better suited to start? I can't even believe that idea is crossing my mind but he has basically been the better twin and I would've never thought that before the season

Several chances to bury them… Need to clean things up but a win is a win… And wth is going on with Tomi…? Looks soft/disengaged
Tomi and KJ had a very good two man game last year. The offense this year doesn't have KJ to get in the lane and pass. Tyler's offensive scheme has nothing for in the lane.

save yourself the agony: if it’s not figured out by mid february, it’s not going to magically happen in march. this helps with underwood-coached teams.
