Matt LaFleur is simply a rich man’s version of Matt Nagy .
"Sexy Mike McCarthy" is what I was gonna say.

It's a credit to their franchise they have been as successful as they have without ever really being able to "bully ball" anyone. As I look back on their playoff losses since like 2007 or so they have lost several times as the higher seed & have been out physicaled by the other team often. The Giants did it to them a few times with Tom Coughlin's teams & San Francisco has as well. They've had some shootout losses as well (sort of like this week) but it's been a pretty recurring theme that they lose in January if someone gets real physical with them.

Like the Duke of the NFL?

Gene Steratore just waits for the on field officials to make their ruling & supports them. Obvious PI on Broncos.

In a season where there's no Mahomes, no Burrow and no Lamar in the playoffs Josh Allen and the Bills have failed to reach the Super Bowl. Broncos defeats Bills in OT. Going to be an interesting off season for Buffalo front office with lots of questions. Can they give Josh more receiving help? And is Sean McDermott still the right coach for this team?

Refs seemed (to me) to favor Denver, with just about every 50/50 call that may benefit them being called, and just about every 50/50 call that may hurt them not being called.

Having said that, Buffalo deserved to lose; they made so many mistake and made just about every bad decision, including not kneeling to end the first half, which gifted the Broncos 3 pts that proved crucial (I also think the turnover rattled Allen and the Broncos).

Denver looks very beatable, especially now that Nix is out (I'm sure the NFL is not happy about this outcome, more so now with Nix's injury). Who ever wins the NE/HOU game should be able to beat Denver, easily.

Just watched clip of Payton announcing Nix's injury. He said injury happened on second to last play of OT (not including the kneel down, so the play before the Mims play).
