If they are going to switch everything- Wagler might score 40- those bigs just can't guard him. Honestly- I'm not sure anyone on their team can.

Question is.. Can we guard them?

Lol typical of BU. You don’t play the Lee during a 22 point blowout. You throw him in vs the #4 team on the road

Eh, it was a fast break off the rebound for the most part that he got boxed out of bounds on. Not sure what he could do there even if he full speed sprinted

Unfortunately, a lot of that D is sitting on the bench injured. Kylan has had his ups and downs offensively, but on days like today when he's missing what he brings to our team really sticks out.

Purdue is really up for this game. Their crowd is going wild. Our home crowd can barely stand up.

Too many guys waiting to get going...or someone else to get going while they watch. Gotta get the head right and go do it...now. Play angry.

Anyone want to give Wagler some help?
Wagler 5 for 7. Rest of team 1 for 7. Oof.

Feels more like 12 on 5 and purdue players being allowed to taunt, shove, and Matt getting whatever call he wants on top of our atrocious defense

This is gonna be a Purdue blowout. They get easy shots every possession and our offense is basically Wagler ISO

Coach Underwood can't take 4 time outs to locker room. Tell charman soft Defense to man the heck up. Purdue runs great sets and motion, but this is embarrassing. Hard to prep for their motion but goodness. Keaton, going all Michael Jordan vs. Utah Jazz on Purdue. Gonna miss him. 😢 😭

Good question. I don't care about the stats. Just like the Alabama, UConn games: where the hell is the defense?

Lee has to make that layup, led to fast break bucket for purdont. That's the one knock on him. He has more trouble finishing shots than Petro.

Smith is an incredibly tough cover if you can't stay in front of him. He creates the need for help then makes the right play. This is where we miss Boswell. Lee isn't ready for important minutes, but we're stuck.

Offensively, Wagler looks great shooting it(duh), but the offense isn't getting set. He needs to orchestrate that.

Go to a zone defensively and hope they go ice cold. There are very few options otherwise.
