This is literally what coaching is … guys’ effort and focus is off. Find the right words and the right group of guys to fix it, Brad! Waiting for our superior talent to get it together isn’t a strategy … I could get paid to do that.

EDIT: Before crazies get on me from either side, I love Brad as our coach … but this is an area of his that bothers me every year. It comes off like, “These guys are semi-pros, they need to figure it out!”

Maryland has one dunk and one post move that were easy shots- EVERY other shot they've made has been defended well and contested... They are the mid range shots Underwood wants teams to take. I'm not panicking yet.

Yeah, I have no idea what everyone else is seeing eithrr. I'm not seeing the no defense or effort. Maryland is making difficult shots and playing to their physical strength. That's about it.

Well, honestly, x's and o's aren't the issue here. Playing physical and controlling the defensive glass is. That's all effort and "want to". His focus is right where it needed to be.
