[Illini in Italy]

#3 for us is my take . . .

[Second place is 1st loser]

Where will they put us? Do we get shipped out?

[BrownTown]

I think we'll be the 2nd 3 seed.

[jrock]

Purdue gonna get a #2 and knock MSU to a #3

[Illini in Italy]

Where will they put us? Do we get shipped out?

Given our long term history, I’m thinking we’re being sent to Outer Mongolia.

[Fly Illini Fly!]

Well, almost certainly we’ll be a 3.

Question is the matchups and where we get shipped.

[The Dying Illini]

Incoming match up with #14 Penn and #FranCON

[Chase321]

I want to watch but I don’t want to watch Pearl.

[PizzaHutParkingLot]

[The Galloping Ghost]

No matter where we go and who we play, there's zero excuse not to make at least the second weekend.

[Piotyr]

Wally Sczcerbiak next to Bruce Pearl, so get ready for a heated Miami (OH) vs Auburn debate (Wally went to Miami).

The "who we play" creates an excuse. Matchups, for us, are everything.

[AnnaMay]

I want to watch but I don’t want to watch Pearl.

Wally and Kellogg are terrible too. Thanks CBS.

[Fly Illini Fly!]

I think Purdue should steal MSU’s 2.

[EmeraldCityIllini]

I think Purdue should steal MSU’s 2.

Interesting question given the head to head result.

[NoRival]

Fire Bruce Pearl
Fire Bruce Pearl
FIRE HIM NOW!

[Chillinini]

WTF?!?!? Bruce Pearl? Probably complain how Auburn and junior got screwed. Get him out of there!

[Piotyr]

I think Purdue should steal MSU’s 2.

There are no metrics that have MSU as a 2 right now. KPI 12, SOR 12, WAB 10, NET 11, KP 9, BT 12, BPI 13.

[PizzaHutParkingLot]

It would be spicy if the committee put UNC as the #6 seed in our pod

[Piotyr]

Michigan slotted below Arizona is a choice, but it ultimately doesn't matter at all. If anything, it reads like the committee didn't finalize the bracket until after the B1G championship.

[BatteredWifeSchwartz]

Bruce Pearl replacing Jay Wright is such an enormous downgrade.

Illinois the 3 to St. Louis against anyone but Troy

Uconn don't have 2 seed metrics either

[Illiniam1984]

Just want to apologize to the board about yesterday…Illinois will be a 3 but Purdue is playing really well right now and imo deserves a better seed than us and that’s the truth. Anyways, almost time!

[HensonHall71]

Hopefully they send us out west - that would be ideal
