It feels kind of surreal that they actually did it. This is not the dominant team from 2005 but this is a team we knew had the potential to make it to the Final Four if they put it all together.

I agree. In a way it’s more enjoyable and gratifying watching this group get the absolute most out of themselves.

I think 2005 it was more of a relief to make the FF given that they’d only lost 1 game all year. All the pressure of expectations was on that team.

The games this team wins its more joyful and fun. It’s easier to enjoy as a fan.

My buddy and I were seniors in high school in 2005, and his dad's buddy owns a print shop on campus, and asked us to come help print shirts over night to sell the Final Four t shirts. Got a free shirt.... I don't have mine anymore, unfortunately.
