You can download a VPN app like Nord VPN. Usually can sign up for a free trial. Then set your location as somewhere in the US and you should be able to stream on March Madness app or something like You Tube TV if you have a subscription. Basically tricking the provider into thinking you're physically somewhere else.
I use SurfShark for my VPN, and it works pretty well. During the football season, I watched 3 or 4 games on pirated YouTube streams, but I've had no luck with basketball. Paramount+ was showing some games, but my feed would only last about 30 mins before they figured out that I was on a VPN and kicked me off. The biggest problem here in Nigeria is the fragility of the network. It has trouble staying connected to the Internet, and then is very slow when it is connected. It's like 2001-level Internet here. I was back home for the holidays, and couldn't get enough of my i3 fiber network. Well, that and some really good steaks

Anyone know if the Varisty App works for streaming the radio feed internationally? Unfortunately I’ll be in the air for Saturday’s game. When we play Monday I’ll be in Montenegro, across the street from where Mirk played for SC Derby!

Korea, Brazil, Nigeria… I got you all beat.

I’ll be in gorgeous, glamorous Cleveland, Ohio for the game. The plan right now is to be at Johnny’s Little Bar near 6th and Frankfort, unless someone has better intel on an Illini friendly bar nearby.

Hopefully you’ll find a Mirk fan club to watch the game with should we make it to Monday.

Any chance there is an Illini-friendly bar in the Chattanooga area?

Talk about a foreign country!

I am shocked to not have seen any announcement of a State Farm watch party. Unless I have missed it. I did not see anything on the schedule, so think it should be available.
They probably want people to buy tickets to attend the game before making it easy to watch in town.

I'll be on the Norwegian Star in the southern Caribbean listening to Brian and Deon on the play-by-play. Normally, the WiFi package on the NCL ships leaves a little to be desired, but my beautiful wife sprung for the Starlink package, which supports streaming, so I could listen to BOTH games.

SF proper: Standard Deviant Pier 70, 1070 Maryland St (In the Dogpatch). sfbay.illiniclub.org (Just passing the word, I won't be there).

South/East bay: Chaplin's Sports Bar, Union City

I'll be at Chaplin's -- expect a very small group. Please DM me if you plan to join us. I'm attempting to start a viewing group closer to SJ. One friend is coming from Berkeley this time, so we chose a compromise location.

Traveling through Japan on a tour, I'll be in different spots for each game, Sunday and Tuesday. The international date line is a little confusing, but "Breakfast at Indy" sounds like a lot of fun.

Will be adding something to my coffee. Go Illini!

I used it in the Cancun airport to some limited success during the first few minutes of the E8 game. Cell/wifi signal there was inconsistent and unreliable, so I experienced a lot of buffering and silent gaps, but I assume that was a function of my lousy connection and not anything having to do with the app itself or being out of the country.

Also, I was able to watch the E8 game on my plane with some minor hangups and buffering just by using American Airlines' wifi (even while over the Gulf of Mexico) and the March Madness app. But I couldn't use the app for viewing while on the ground in Mexico.

If you are in Alpharetta, GA go to Truck & Tap, and look for Anthony from Shelbyville at the end of the bar ... please let him know the couple that watched the games with him the last 2 Saturdays went to Indianapolis, and buy him a Jello shot for us when we beat UConn.
I’ll try to make it up there. Not sure where we are watching the game in atlanta. Cool place for sure.

In my experience, overseas Irish bars tend to do a great job catering to international sports.

When my husband lived in Atlanta a few years ago, the Illinois alumni group would do watch parties at the Nancy's in Midtown.

We're in ATL right now introduce our daughter to her grandparents, but we're heading back to the Midwest tomorrow, otherwise we'd be joining you
