Ya, no shade to Bam at all, but Blackwell is in a different stratosphere than BAM. Elite scorer and Blackwell is a solid defender.

Seriously, how on earth do you guard Coleman, Blackwell, and Andrej? Especially with Guys like Mirk and Tomi who can shoot from deep?

Seriously.. I'm not trying to get the cart before the horse- or be too hyperbolic.. But I could be convinced that Coleman, Blackwell and Andrej is better offensively together than Wagler, BAM, and Andrej.

Listen- I appreciate everything BAM brought to our program- especially the late season leadership. But he was objectively not good in the tournament-borderline a no show in the final 4. Blackwell is one of the best offensive players in the Big Ten and nation.

I see him listed as a combo guard and also as a point guard, so I would be curious what his true best skill set is

Retain the frontcourt and add Mingo and Blackwell.

Dre Ty
Mirk Davis

I'd gladly take Blackwell, but if we land him, can Coleman run the point? Blackwell is basically 2 assists and 2 turnovers per game, not what I want out of the lead guard role. We also need to land a true PG as a backup in this situation.
