This is when it's hard. Of course we'd like to see the same faces back again, but if some of our Balkan players and their agent are going to be completely unreasonable on asking price, our coaches have to consider all of our options. It's about putting the best possible team on the floor next year. If that means new guys, it means new guys. Our coaches have learned a great deal these past few years of NIL what makes the ingredients of a good team. It's about staying old...making sure there's plenty of veteran leadership. Teams like Auburn and Michigan have demonstrated that it doesn't really matter too much where that veteran leadership comes from...whether it was on your own team or another team the year before. It's about bringing in the right players. Come on Brad and co.

This board is pure entertainment and I love every minute of it.

Just a few weeks ago the consensus was to blow up the whole roster. Build around Mirk and everyone else can walk.

We go 3-0 against Penn, VCU, and Iowa. A group of teams we should beat 8 times out of 10. And we split a pair of toss up games against Houston and UConn. All of a sudden we HAVE to have everyone return. If anyone leaves it's a disaster.
