Incredible sequence from Vaaks
Vaaks playing defense
Is Ethan Brown what Purdue fans wanted Fletcher Loyer to be? Excited for as long as we get to see him in the orange and blue.
Ethan Brown has a really quick release
Jake makes a layup
Nice D by Vaaks
He then makes a 3

The only problem with this frosh bunch is that none are over 6'9"...and only one of those. We sorely need a couple of three bigs to compete. If Brad can bring in a couple of good ones next year, the ceiling is FF level once again.
....young guys can ball, we're deep! I like our chances, so long as we stay healthy, this could be our year.
Listening on radio. Sounds like the freshmen are having their way.

Vaaks definitely got the message about effort and rebounding
If there was any question on if Vaaks biggest hurdle was buying in or fully acclimating to the new style/culture, it is clear right now it is most certainly the latter.
The passing looks excellent as well.

I think they’ll both play.Lincoln is such an active defender

8-deep until Mirk comes back.
9-deep after Mirk comes back.
Vaaks to the hoop for A layup
His offensive game will go to a whole new level if he continues to focus on this more
50-14 with 4m to go

Lmfao....the potential gap between last EXHIBITION melt down posts and this EXHIBITION giddy-ness could be an Evil Knievel jump.
Mirk
15 assists already.
Tomi can’t jump for shxt but he can sure knock down a 3 ball
UIC is ranked 106 on KenPom. I’m stunned
He would have thrived under Underwood, probably an all-american
Kenny Battle is in that pic, too.
