Why not invite all the D1 teams - pick the top 64 or so. Then have the other 300 or so play 3 games to weed them down to 36 or so. Have those play the 33-64 seeds. Give the top 32 byes. then play the tourney - would add about a week and generate a whole lot more revenue.

For the price, having Sincere on the team as a "cooler" might be a good investment. Someone starts to go off like Sandfort in the first Nebraska game or Boyd, just put Sincere on them and have him run over the screens and he would take them out of their game. Would be especially handy in games...
