Ron Turner, who is rightly noted as not a great recruiter, started up much stronger recruiting at Illinois than Lovie. And then had a couple of horrific years, and still had a better showing recruiting in those years than Lovie. Just throwing that out there.

From a development point of view, a company would never develop a product with a 50% acceptance rate. That would equate to ~40% survival rate of the product within 3 years. A 90% acceptance rate is FAR from a statistical improbability. It is rare, but hardly unheard of for an acceptance rate...
