Not invalidating anyone's points above, but we still lost some great players to the portal. Yeah that will happen, but to be flat-out outspent is so depressing. Watched the highlights of the bowl game the other day and really felt a pang for Olano in particular.

You'd have more opt-outs than a mid-tier bowl game. And even if they played, most wouldn't (and shouldn't) give a darn. Season's over.

I'd say the "Legacy in the Big Ten" category lifted him up here, but considering that legacy includes car washes, I'd say that's a negative. He does not belong on this list. Here's an obvious add, though I'm sure the original list also had a "no duplicate schools" rule as well.
