Yes - people tend to look at Bo and Woody as being the same; they weren't. In my observation, Woody was an old school hard !!!, but had a great deal of integrity. He was starting to slip toward the end of his tenure, which led to some unfortunate incidents. Bo was a Grade A jerk without much...

Not sure I'd call this a mixed bag...each of these teams fell well short of their FF performance the previous year

Illini Track & Field, Cross Country 2026

In the 5 individual Women's sprint events (100, 200, 400, 100HH, 400H) we had a grand total of 2 entrants. The Men had 2 in the same set of events. I don't see how that is even possible

Congrats to the Women and everyone who place. I have to say, I find our roster construction baffling - to not have enough sprinters to field a relay team is pretty amazing.

It is really tough for UI to land top 10 instate prospects. Our bread and butter are the guys in the 11-30 range. If we get our share there and land a few from St Louis/IN/OH and a few Newtons and Witherspoons from FL and TX we will a consistent bowl team

Wow...I can't say I agree with this. I love Luke, but it's not often a "generational talent" goes undrafted. Given our talent level vs our competition, the fact we won 19 games the past 2 seasons is pretty amazing. We were by no means a CFP playoff caliber team

Can't argue with any of these. Living in SC, the Citrus Bowl was amazing and unexpected
