Sounds like the team dodged a bullet by not getting Blackwell if he is listening to others about what he needs to do for himself and not for the team. Could have spent the $$$$ on him only to find out later his goals were directly opposite of the team's. Red flags for sure with all of this...

If Blackwell goes all UCLA and Mick Cronin, I'd be glad that we didn't get him. Hope that's not the case and he wants to be an Illini just as much as he wants the $$$. He would regret going elsewhere.

So glad to get Andrej back. Had great chemistry on team this past year, but wonder how adding Blackwell will affect that? His decision seems to be strictly $$$ driven and that can destroy a team's chemistry. Hope it works out for the best.

Watching UCLA vs UCON. How can anyone play for either Cronin or Hurley. Cronin is just hateful to his players and assistants. And Hurley is so full of himself.
