I would assume that there are people associated with UI that could run it by people in the court system (off the record) prior to filing.

It is very possible (likely?) that people within UI support TSJ taking this route. We can't lose a PR battle if a court is the one deciding to let him play.

Card would be a very good pickup. Another name I hope the staff looks at is Mikey Keene from UCF. If he enters the portal, I think he would be a great fit in Lunney's offense. Maybe a little short, but he has Devito-level accuracy which would be really nice to see again next year.
