That's the point. You're not gonna get P4 level players to happily play on the scout team. They would rather get actual playing time at a lower level and then transfer up for a bag. With 13 scholarship guys and playing MAYBE 9 deep, those guys better be ROCK SOLID in acceptance of their roles...
