I was too young to remember Moeller tho I know some of the history. I wrote the post earlier on Tepper & how awful he was. To me he will always get the nod as the worst. The 94 team had the potential to be top 10/top 5 & he blundered them to 6-5. 5 losses by 27 points IIRC.
