Irrespective of the program's relationship to Ty, which by all accounts is sterling, I think where he goes will be telling. Whether he ends up a rotation player at a good program or maybe goes the lesser Power 4 or Big East route where he might get starters minutes.

As good as Riley was at Illinois, it's so obvious how much faster and more athletic he is already. Crazy what a year of professional training at that age can do for a player.
