I loved the coaching and play changes we saw today. Suddenly the whole rest of the season looks exciting.

I enjoyed watching that Florida team because they had to go for it on so many 4th downs.

You don't know how much we wish you were a billionaire, Fighter!

I'm with you Fighter. The old Norm Stewart Tigers vs Lou Henson Fighting Ilini Bragging Rights games were typically Top 15 or even Top 10 slugfests for years. And the Lute Olson vs Henson games were similar in their importance. I hope both teams at highly ranked when we smash them into the dirt.

This is understandable from a fan perspective, but not optimal for the team. A team must practice the way they need to play in the game. Likewise, you need to play in the easy games the way you need to play in the tougher games. Essentially this is a practice to get the offense closer to its...

Looks like the Beckman effect appeared for 7 years of generally downward trending.

I miss those awesome NEZ bleachers! Those were my favorite seats. Could sit 3 to 5 rows off the field, the team warmed up right in front of you. You could almost reach out and touch the action.

We apologize for not asking earlier, geneva. Would you be willing to give some of your 20+M to Illini athletics?

You might be right. We won't be favored against Iowa but that's the kind of "upset" Bielema is good at pulling off.

While I'm hoping for 9 wins, there are just too many questions unanswered on both lines. 8-4
