Dix at $2 million is insane, a terrible allocation of resources, and all but caps next year’s ceiling a heck of a lot lower than any of us would like.

With the exception of Humrichous and KJ (the latter being in the neighborhood of $1 million if I'm remembering those days correctly), I suspect you'd be closer to the real numbers if you divided all of these by 2.
