Marquette is very good. They were the better team tonight. Kolek is the real deal. We need more out of Hawkins and Shannon to win these types of games. Too many dumb turnovers. I’m not convinced that Hawkins is a good 3 point shooter.

Sincere has great energy and can be a menace defensively. But, his offensive game needs fine tuning. Hopefully he can develop his game over his redshirt year. Seems like a great kid.

I think the team chemistry already looks better than it ever did last year. Much less making the selfish play, much more making the right play. Much better decision making, better shot selection. Guys diving on the floor getting to all the 50/50 balls. I think we’re going to like this team.

I know absolutely nothing about the nba combine. Vertical jump and sprinting times make sense to me, but are they really putting a lot of stock into a 25-30 shot sample size? 10 free throws. Really?
