I think we are lacking a lotttt of scoring next year. Hope we can bring in some studs. The organic recruits we have, i don't see many of them starting.

Illinois is taller by 3-4 inches at every single position. That has to come into play early and often. Iowa State has amazing defense, but it is difficult to overcome 3-4 inches at EVERY position.

BYU was underseeded, but in any case, I don't mind playing them round 2. Assuming we beat Moorehead, of course. But they have no Q1 or Q2 wins. They do not have an answer for TSJ or Domask or Dainja. They can stop 1, maybe, but not all of them

Well...Iowa basically didnt score for 8 minutes, and we blew a 25+ point lead while Underwood threw in weird lineups and never called a single timeout while Iowa was absolutely surging. We also let a 5'10, 160lb freshman come in and dominate the game.

Can Underwood call a time out for once in his life? Why does he let the insanely poor play continue for 10 minutes un disturbed? This Iowa run is 100% on him. Literally he has ONE job when the games start -- does he think you can take timeouts with you?

Domask was somehow the only one (other than maybe TSJ) who understood his size was an advantage, and backed FAU's smaller guards down. Even excluding all of his 3 pointers, he really had more of an inside game than Hawkins, Guerrier, or anyone else.

Purdue might. I think we match up well enough with Tennessee. They play tough D and will have to be more careful with the ball than we were against Marquette...but Marquette is the best in the game at forcing turnovers

Sorry..if we don't take one from Tenn or FAU, the non-con is really disappointing. Our best win would be...Valparaiso? Or Missouri? Not going to help come selection sunday. I do think we win at least 1/2 of those, so hopefully not an issue.

It was kind of a blow out at home. It was a bit closer than the score indicated but Illinois isn't near the level of Marquette, and it wasn't really a close game. I think Brad was wrong to be so confident about not having a point guard. Maybe Moretti can be that guy, but it's hard to win games...
