Great person, but I don’t how he helps us take the final step to winning a title. Where would he have made us more competitive against UConn, Duke, Arizona, Michigan, etc.? I’d imagine he uses a small but not negligible amount of the NIL budget, also.

Good interview. The praise of Tyler from 08:06-09:10 makes me a bit nervous.

I remember Ben was a top rated defender early in the season which was absurd at the time. I have no idea what metrics were used; however, he is constantly straight-legged on defense, leaving guys wide open and getting burned on picks. There times when it is like watching someone’s first time...

Another one of those efforts Sunday, and it will be time cancel Fubo TV for this season.

Haven’t seen a high resolution photo; however, this left forearm tendinitis appears to be accompanied by bilateral swollen knuckles and maybe even some slight abrasions.

This entire KJ situation is so weird. The lack of details surrounding his injury makes it that much worse. I remember he had a midline lower throat abrasion and a scratch on bridge of his nose late during the Washington game. I believe KJ when he says his day is class, sleeping, and training...

Was DeVries source Armani’s Mother or his back specialist? I think going to a program where he can get more playing time will help his back. I suspect extended periods of riding the bench was a contributing factor.

Looking back, I think AJ Storr made the right decision to pass on UI. I think being a guaranteed starter was important to him. Clearly, that would not be assured with next year’s roster. He lacked the championship DNA needed to go earn it. It will be funny when he is back in the portal next...

I cannot agree more with your take. It is stunning how the same facial expressions on those players who attended TSJ's court appearance were again on display during the Maryland game.

Lots of poor execution and sloppy mistakes. It looks like the team is mentally fatigued from all the BS surrounding TSJ. It must be very difficult living in that space 24/7.

I would say it was; however, the Illini representation was really impressive and capable of making a lot of noise.

I grew up and live in Chattanooga and attended the game yesterday with my Dad who is Urbana native. We try to make a trip to Champaign/Urbana once a year for a game and this was much easier (2 hours vs. 8 hrs). Illinois traveled well, and I think overall played very well for this point in the...
