These kids still have to get past admissions as well, correct? Have we loosened up those standards for athletes? If not, then all of the NIL money in the world would do nothing since the kid couldn't get admitted. This is not in reference to one specific player, this is just in general.

According to people who do the math, our best hitter should be in the 2 hole. So, at least Oli has that right. But Winn is not a 4 hitter.

And also, this: Wetherholt is a big leaguer.

Looks like Walker will start the year up with the Cardinals. I really believe he should have been sent down, less pressure, and just work on things there. Not to work on it at the major league level. Also looks like we may not have a great defense besides up the middle.

I really wish my 9ers would trade for him. He would be such a perfect fit in Shanahans offense.

I agree with you. It is hard to have faith in the ownership group when he told us that owning a baseball team is not a profitable business. And then proceeds to cut spending and then proceeds to lower the payroll of the current team. Ya the budget is around $100 million, but it is a far cry from...

I agree. Lovie and his profootball staff were great at finding under recruited talented guys with lots of potential, but they could not develop any of those players. And they couldn't scheme a college game. Bret and the staffs that he has had are hands down better at developing that talent.
