Well yeah, because when I am at the game, I am hanging with my friends and other Illini fans rooting for the team and having a great time. At home it’s on my couch often alone.. Much less interactive whic gives fans more time to complain. Mad respect for Illini fans who travel to away games.

Good to hear on Destiny. She reminds me of Dee Brown in that she is faster than anyone else on the court but struggles to finish against taller players. If she can improve her passing even more, she is all American

Yes, I was at the game and there were plenty of opportunities to win. We were not outmatched. We can win several games on this schedule. We can also lose all of them. But for me, no reason to stop watching.

I disagree. I saying firing a coach in midseason makes us look like a football factory instead of a world class institution. However, I am being told the decision was mutual. So I stand corrected

Thank for this post. I will stick with my view that it’s somewhat of a low class move to fire our DC after 4 games. Let him coach out the season and fire him afterwards. Makes me wonder if our wealthy donors were pushing for his firing. Definitely lost respect for Whitman.
