No, there are general seating areas and there are reserved areas for season ticket holders. Most of general tickets are in second level.

Seat numbers go from left to right. #1 seat is on the aisle on the left side of the section looking up from the floor at the section. For instance, seat #1 in Section 226 is on the aisle between Section 225 and 226.
