Defense HAS to be better

I know it's UAB but the offense was fun to watch. Houser was locked in and very much in command of the offense all night long.

Rutgers just got curb stomped by a program that: Came in with a 16 game losing streak Hadn't beaten a FBS program since October 2023 Has a record of 26-134 since moving up to the FBS level in 2012 And this butt kicking took place in their own house

UAB self destructing with penalties has been our best defense so far

Big weekend sweep of the Tigers! Sox now carry a 5.5 game lead in the Central over Detroit and 6 game leads on Cleveland and Minnesota in the middle of August. 39 games left. Still a long way to go but a postseason berth is looking very promising for our young Sox.

Series win against the AL-leading Rays in their house. Sox pitching only allowed 3 runs in the 3 game series.
