Generally like this... although I worry there might be too many cooks/egos in the kitchen ? ? If they all are clear on who (whom?) is the head chef, then I think its a positive...

How about giving us your opinions on what corrective actions should be taken now... Having an opinion about the mistakes that were made surely mean you have immediate solutions/remedies that can be taken to correct those errors... Can you give us those also ? ? ?

Do you know any coach who has always made the 'right' decision at every turn in their career ? Have you known anyone who has always made the right decision, in every instance of their life ? ? Have you always made the right or even the 'best' decision in every instance of your short life ? ?

You are valiantly attempting to bring sensibility to this discussion... Alas you will fail, as you cannot expect those with an agenda to change said agenda . . . However, I do applaud your efforts.

For sure on this... After waiting 25-30 years for a 'decent' coach to get hired, and nearly 60 years for a truly significant coach to be hired, then finally getting a coach who not only 'wants' to be here, but enjoys being here, and actually produces winning seasons here, I can't see how 19-7...

Hate that I sound like I'm OLD... which of course I am... BUT.... In my experience the only things that are guaranteed are: death and taxes... welcome to life indeed... !!
