I haven't read the replies or anything from the posters on the inside, but I guarantee you there was little scout. You aren't stopping any D1 squad without knowing !!!!, especially with our young fellas, let alone dropping 105.

Exactly, even though OSU won, that Michigan game still lingered. I think people forget the crazy that resides in college football. You think bama is sitting guys in the Iron bowl? No shot. Also, there are byes and home field at stake. Yea, you can with stand a loss better, but a loss could mean...

I disagree. Georgia/Alabama this year if things hold was basically "meaningless", but watching that game and seeing Kirby's remarks to his team say otherwise. When the bracket expanded to 12, the other bowl games were time and space killers to get to the playoff games anyways. I don't know about...

There’s only one thing to do, beat their !!! and bring Dierre Hill home.

2 totes for 22 physical yards for Barnett. Thats enough. Get him out there.

More 24, more 24, more 24

If the bracket goes the way it should, the semis in the 3A north could be some good games. I'd like to see IC vs Byron.

That is the way I believe it went down and I understand Bret doesn't stand in the way of that. I think stuff like that needs to change. You don't want to be a RB, go chase your senior year TE dreams elsewhere. I don't know what he cost, but that would've been freed up money. I will admit and...

🙃 we would've just tried to ram him up the middle anyways....

This whole situation we are in is self inflicted and it lands squarely at the feet of Bret and Josh. Josh might need to tighten the screws here. Yea, AHen was out of his league. In retrospect, for all parties Walters and Purdue and Bret and Illinois, we probably should've tabbed Kane and not...

Only so many plays you can cook up for Dixon

This defense. Man. We know 9 doesn't work, but we do seem to be at our best when we have boundaries of the end to give us that extra defender.

Never said it was a lack of effort, great effort to get there, but that’s the gig. He got to the qb and didn’t finish. I’d be hard pressed to think Cam would say otherwise. And then we had another one on the same play over play it and whiffed on a one arm wrap up. Unacceptable.

The biggest missed play of the game by the defense. Unacceptable. It’s a whole different game if they get him to the ground.
