A couple thoughts from a Rutgers fan... Saw a few posts about Illinois having issues starting slow. Rutgers has started slow in every game this season I believe. As mentioned it was 2-2 after 7 minutes against st. Peters. Guard play was brutal on both ends to start the season. Noah Fernandes...
