This is a pitiful schedule for a pre-season Top 20 team with all of the top players returning. PITIFUL NON-CONFERENCE SCHEDULE!!

Yeah, that is crazy with all that talent on offense to get outscored 21-0 in the 4th quarter but that missed field goal was the key, you make that then game over.

That is why this 5 for 5 play will cause more litigation and guys wanting 6 and then 7 years. These clowns need to be ashamed of themselves but a lot of programs will still want these guys to win games.

It's go be a long season for the soccer team. They can't score one goal against UIC!! SMDH!!

Trimble is getting 3 million from Louisville and he has played 4 years of college basketball with averages of 7.7 ppg and and 29% shooter from the 3. Louisville is what you call a desperate team.

These guys are a joke coming back to get another year but these colleges are desperate enough to take these guys. Gone on with your damn life because If you wasn't good enough to get drafted after playing four years in college then adding another year won't change a damn thing. PITIFUL!!

The bottom line is the 2023-24 and the 2025-26 teams both should have won 30 games and the 2025-26 lost at least a share of the conference championship by blowing 4 games because of their terrible defense. Illinois should have finished no worse than 19-1 after losing to Michigan.

There is no need to be concerned. Illinois can bring every player back because of the new 5 for 5 rule. Relax and enjoy the ride.

I told you guys last year that Jaylan Mitchell and Jaxon Davis would not become ILLINI. Illinois took 2 players in the 2006 class that play his position. He hasn't shown that much improvement since his freshman year because he was bigger than kids his age. Mitchell recruitment reminds me of...

Illinois has definitely learned their lessons from the Jeremy and Jeremiah Fears debacle. You give Pettigrew whatever he wants because they are waiting on him to decide for the class of 27. There are 2 highly ranked guards that want to come to Illinois as well but Pettigrew is definitely...

There has been 6 Illini and former Illini that have been selected in the first round the last 3 years. Underwood and crew know how to recruit.

You play better competition in AAU. This EYBL league has 20 teams. This Kansas City Monarchs will be a brand new prep team and first year in the EYBL league. There were only 9 out of 20 teams that had winning conference records. You play 14 conference games out of a possible 30-40 game schedule...

Duke lost way too much and to expect these freshman to be good every year is unrealistic. I don't see this Duke team having another Flagg or Boozer. Duke should win the weak !!! ACC. Florida had there same big guys return from the National Championship team and they lose in the second round. I'm...

You are giving Musselman way too much credit.A great recruiter and good eye for talent is two different things. How many conference championships has Musselman won at the Power 4 level. He got to 2 Elite 8 but that was all about matches. Arkansas and USC pay real good for players. It's one thing...

Lol. FEARS IS AN ALL-AMERICAN!! Izzo is just fine with Fears playing and taking cheap shots. Not one time has Fears been suspended or reprimanded by Izzo. Damn, character. Fears would have gotten us a National Championship this year, period.
