His college rèsumè is a bit shorter and lacks that miracle elite eight run, but his rèsumè is reminiscent of Bill Self's IMO. Lots and lots of winning, and a steady upward trend.

There's only a few "realistic," names that would win over the fan base immediately. Josh better bring his A game.
