I was glad to see that picture of Laughery running away from the Oregon players. Now, that is one fast dude.

Just booked my tickets for Nashville Jan. 30th. Illinois vs North Carolina

Why this week? why not last week? Lunney running up the middle and using clock when we need 2 scores is inexcusable. I looked at my son's, and said they do know we're losing the game? looked like they were winning, and using clock.

We could have lost to Duke last year, but they made to many mistakes. Kind of like us this year. Lunney calls a great game until it's 4th down. Running up the middle on 4th down, doesn't cut it.

If it happens in 2055, I'll have to live to be 100 years old. Maybe I can do it.

I've been on the site since the beginning. Many posters would discuss meaningful opinions, but not get into a social media opinion that looks like reading a book. Send an opinion and let it go. This is the closest thing I have to a social meeting gathering, and now I know why. It's like you like...

I live in O'fallon, IL. Coleman went to school. Saw some games and the kid is a baller. I think he will be ready to help the team.

When it’s all said and done, it’s pretty simple. You have to put the ball in the basket. Great athletes but sometimes bad shooters . Love the team.

I was honored to take my mom and dad to the final four in Seattle in 1988 to see the flying Illini. We didn’t win, but my dad was diagnosed with ALS soon after and it was the last trip he took. He’s smiling right now, and I’m smiling right now.

Why did the post change from talking Illinois basketball, and then talking about Shaka? This crap happens all the time. It’s like some of you are bipolar or OCD.

The only stat that matters is if you win the game

End game coaching seems to be our problem. Why wasn’t someone put on the in bonds player, and maybe have 2 players back. One at the foul line and one closer to the basket. I guess we’re due to win one at the end.

Funny how everyone forgets about Laughery. Had the most yards per carry 5.1, longest run 57 yards, and gained 382 yards in only 9 games. He's the best one of the group IMO.

The only punt was when the receiver dropped a wide open pass.
