When the season ended prematurely in 2020, I was most disappointed that I’d never get to watch Dre play in an Illini jersey again. Always felt like he was destined to will our team to a deep post season run… Not surprised he’s still finding success on the court.

Was it just me or did it seem like we had a tough time getting our feet under us. Felt like we were slipping all over, losing our handle on dribbles and passes…I don't know, Just seemed off all game.

I agree. I bet he becomes the "one that got away," and after a fresh start makes us all jealous that he reached his potential somewhere other than the O&B. I'll be rooting for him. I, too, hope he completely kills it and silences the naysayers. Will always wish he could have done it here...
