Since BB went to the extreme this week of locking down any defense updates until after the game, I had better not see any missed tackles. I had better not see any embarrassing defensive plays like the Resetich "pass defense" against JSmith last week.

In the pressers I have listened to from Hauk since he has been here, he was never very convincing to me.

Need a defense whisperer similar to Ryan Walter's whispering back in the day. Get him down on the field to actually talk to the players in real time.. One of those guys that came over with Hauk would be ideal. Tweak, tweak, tweak until the cows come home.

Second half is simple. Just hold them scoreless. No problem!

How does Rau do that? That's 2 in a row now!

Why is Resetich on the field again?

Jeremy Werner @JWerner247 #illini OC Barry Lunney Jr.: Javari Barnett took advantage of his opportunity. He's a guy that we think can help us moving forward...

Well, I know what I will be doing this Friday night: watching the kitty kats throttle the loosiers! other than that, a lot of good games. How about Iowa over Fichigans! It could happen.

Well, nobody told me we were hosting our first rank opponent of the season. Should we be scared and afraid?

Marching Illini looking sharp in those new bright unis.

Who in the world is Oregon playing? Portland State High School? 28 - zip with 4 minutes left in the first quarter.

Wake has a WR room full of Mikey Dudek clones. These guys are good!

Don't know what the big deal is. When we go to Columbus, they will have the same record as us. So, let's beat them to 3 wins. Easy peasy!

Can't blame them.

Our defense is not stout.
