I guess KU losing to TCU by 21 in the second half mean they aren’t good if you apply the same logic from the IU game
There are no great teams this year. There are definitely some with more talent than others or elite individual players, but I don't think there's a single team that can have an off night and still win against legit competition. Should make for an extra crazy March Madness.

I feel like it's undermentioned that Georgetown, the school that for much of the '80s was the dominant force in college basketball, has lost 29 regular season conference games in a row.
But their game against ‘Nova the other day was one of the best games I’ve watched this year.

Looked at first like his ankle, but on replay, Key was grabbing his knee with both hands…

Non-contact (except with the floor when he landed after the dunk) so it could be super serious or simply a stinger.

He seemed to be writhing around in pain a bit after he went down.

He was walking on it to the locker room though. Hopefully nothing too serious.

I hope he okay.

Those gray uniforms do nothing but advertise how sweaty you are. There has to be better material that won't show all that

This is so perplexing. How is it not ok to get rid of a coach that has destroyed the program for so many years. It's beyond politics and tradition at this point and maybe a few years ago. The longer this goes on, the crazier this becomes for everyone. Also, how does PE justify it in his own mind? So bizarre why he even wants to stay at this point.
I agree GTown is in a basketball rich recruiting area. Now I am not sure how many recruits can clear their admissions but AI did back in the day. Also they should have rich alumni to help with NLI

However basketball doesn’t generate tons of revenue so I am not sure how much the school is investing into facilities or how much Ewing is making/buyout

. After the shocking run through the Big East tournament in 2021 and advancing to the NCAA tournament, the school gave Ewing an extension. His contract is now reportedly fully guaranteed until 2026, meaning the school would owe him in the region of $15 million if it were to fire him. While Ewing earned more than $100 million in his playing career, he's unlikely to resign on his own and walk away from $15 million. So the two sides likely need to come to an agreement before a change is made.

Ewing will be gone after this season. No point in dismissing him mid-season.

Izzo is already sending the double on TJD and forcing the other IU players to shoot from the very start.
