But you have to mute it, unless you can stomach Vitale.
Am I the only person in the world who loves Vitale? He has a passion for the game that is unmatched by any announcer anywhere. Why is this a bad thing?

Are they grabbing their shorts?
Northwestern getting blown out...bad sign for Illinois. NU has a week off after this game and you know Collins will get on the team going into next Tuesday's game vs. the Illini. It just goes from bad to worse.
I enjoy his passion and energy that he has for the game. He can get a bit overwhelming at times but I can only wish that I have that much energy in my late 70s.
So Northwestern gets their doors blown off by a good Purdue team and we perceive that as a sign that we will lose by 40 in Evanston? Purdue beat them by one less point than they beat us by. Some of our fans need to be talked off the ledge. I'm glad Northwestern got exposed tonight for who they really are!
They were without one of their top players and a role player. On top of that, Purdue shot lights out from 3, kinda like we did vs. Michigan. I don't think there's that big of a discrepancy between the 2 teams to be perfectly honest. It was just Purdue's night.
NU didn't get exposed lol. They barely lost to Notre Dame and Butler. They are a solid tournament team. Sorry to burst your bubble but you don't have to hate them.
