Nova... Upset of the year as 11-13 St Johns takes them down on their own court! Brunson was the leading scorer for Villanova, though. St Johns having a hell of a week after just taking down the Dookies, too.

Just saw that score a few min ago. That is insane! Did they have injuries earlier in the year & just get some players back or something?

Purdue-Ohio State game is close with 3 to go in the first half.

Our old friend Marcus Lovett is still out for SJU (and will be for the rest of the year).

Will they say the same thing about the Illini when they upset MSU and Purdue back to back?

Can’t believe OSU won, especially with them playing Dakich the last several minutes.

Nova was down two starters, Eric Paschall and Phil Booth (he's been out for a couple weeks). Still a huge upset though

After watching OSU beat Purdue I am completely confused. Are we so lacking in talent that we can't score in ten minutes or win in the BIG or are we one player away from competing for the championship. Only had one clunker but think KPD would have changed at least six outcomes and he is not the big that is missing. Jaren Jackson would have also made us competitive. May be even Tilmon. Having a hard time remaining positive with 2 wins and no big on the horizon but I have the patience of a vulture (just kill someone).

Can we be both? A true big would go a long way. Names you listed would help. I wish we could go back and have Mav. redshirt his frosh. year and have him as a 5th Yr Sr. right now.

My memory is that he was critiqued all year for being a horrible defensive player. He was an offensive presence but not our largest need. Rather have a Jackson type even though Mav would be a significant improvement.
