I must've missed this last week, but Dylan was given a sponsor exemption for the John Deere Classic after his U.S. Open performance, which means he'll play in 4 tour events in 5 weeks! Here's the latest schedule: 6/28-7/1: Dylan plays in Quicken Loans National (DC), w/ D.A. Points 6/28-7/1: Nick plays in Lincoln Land Charity (Springfiled), w/ Langley, Guthrie and Campbell 7/5-7/8: Neither scheduled (unless they qualify by other means) 7/12-7/15: Dylan and Nick play in John Deere Classic. There's a good chance D.A. and Stricker play as well (Stricker won 3 years in a row). I couldn't find anything past that, but there's always a chance they get in through exemptions or qualifying for future events. Also, Dylan's U.S. Open performance gave him 46 "non-member Fedex cup points." I've been trying to read up on this, so from what I understand if you have enough points that you would've made the top 200, you qualify for the Web.com Finals in August/September with 25 PGA Tour cards up for grabs. Dylan currently ranks around 197th, which is REALLY impressive considering many of these guys have been collecting points since last fall (#200 is Mackenzie Hughes with 44 points earned in 22 events. Dylan has only played 3 events). He will need another strong finish or two to stay in the top 200, but he definitely has a shot. Nick only got 4 points last weekend, so he has more work to do. The other way into the Web.com Finals is to finish Top 75 in Web.com money earned, so he might try to get into more Web.com events instead. Here's a link to the non-member Fedex Cup points: https://www.pgatour.com/stats/stat.02667.html Best of luck to all Illini this weekend!
