No history of sustained success, so while your coaching skills may be as good as ever, if you can't get the players you won't win. In the pros, just throw some cash around and you can get pretty much anyone.</p><p></p><p>But ultimately, if you are able to double your salary moving up, you are kinda dumb not to take it. If you fail, you likely have a job in the studio waiting for you, and you will get another job shortly.
