I really think the Loyola game really hurt him.
However, POY according to USA Today and probably the best player at winning time over the last two years and still isn't drafted. Come on MAN.
maybe...just weird that in all the blurbs about him, even the most critical didnt mention loyola.
Then when they asked the panel about why he isnt drafted, nothing about loyola.

It would be hard to wrap my head around a stinker in one game while playing with multiple face fractures weighed that much, but its possible

There's so much darned talent out there. Hard to believe we had an outstanding 5-star mega superstar talent who carried the program for 3 years, and yet he's (probably) not even a 1st round NBA pick.

Ayo has been slighted many times in his career in regards to his game, limitations and how far he can go.

He will make all these teams sorry for not drafting him in the 1st round. (Except the team that FINALLY takes him in the 2nd. And they will be getting a STEAL)

Yes, all the talent the analysts tell us can't shoot, or can't defend.

I thought it was because I was annoyed with Ayo not getting drafted but it isn't. This is the worst TV crew I have ever seen absolutely horrible.

If you don’t go 1st rd. it may be in your best interest to have your agent tell teams not to draft you in rd 2 you won’t sign. Then YOU get to pick the best team fit and sign as an UFA. Lu Dort and a few others did this recently and it worked for them.

I don't think its Loyola at all . If I had to pick I would say its his shot that has him falling this far the NBA is love with athleticism and three point chucking from its guards

This is all about Ayo age! That's ridiculous! They're steadily saying how young these players are and potential! This is bogus! Ayo deserves better! 👏 Ayo was is a class act and definitely will make the league look stupid for this ridiculous display!

The Baylor game hurt him more than the Loyola game.

He's going to struggle a lot against NBA length. He will need to reinvent himself.

Well, they've looked pretty stupid for some time. This is just some extra icing.

I know...so many high school recruits that played worse than expected. Since they weren't that great, they can only improve.

Could be age...potential is assumed higher for players below 20 and he's 21. NBA could feel he doesnt have as much room to grow

That doesn't hold up based on the stats they were discussing. Guys got drafted that shot 29% from deep and 40% from the field period!
